Born out of decades of working in the ER, we knew that our healthcare system was broken. The ER had become the front door and safety net for patients. Combine this with the fact that the industry was unable to leverage data to make the best medical decisions in real time for both treatment and follow up, we were left with no other choice but to create a better solution. From our humble roots in Troy, NY, we have grown to provide care for millions of patients across the country.
